Hello I am Nikki Baines a Social Impact Strategist that specializes in community enrichment and supportive services. My mission is to bridge the gap between grassroots needs and institutional resources, ensuring that social progress is sustainable and community-led.

With a 12-year background in behavioral health, I have successfully led projects in areas such as crisis-informed care access, intergenerational mentorship, and community revitalization.
